Effective Presentation Note

I have attended the "Effective Presentation" training last week, note as below:

7 Steps of successful presentation
   1. Commit yourself
          * Understand the GOAL of your presentation. The goal will help you to understand if your presentation is successful.
          * "Why do you want to do a presentation?"
          * The presentation without a preparation like being NAKED in front of your audiences!
   2. Analyze your audience
          * What's the BENEFIT of the audience?
          * Who are they?
                o Decision Maker
                o Influencer
                o Executer
          * What's their attitude?
          * What's their need?
   3. Organize your thoughts
          * Review, review, review
          * Agenda
                o Tell them what you are going to say
                o Say it
                o Tell them what you said
          * Five Sins of bad presentation
                o No key point
                o No benefit of audience
                o No structure
                o Too detailed /too low level information
                o Too long
          * Tip: Keep them hungry.
          * Attractive Opening: "Catch" them
   4. Thinking Sight & Sound
          * Tone is important, especially to Persuasive Presentation
          * Eye contact (3 seconds)
          * Pause
   5. Practice
          * Practice at least twice before you do the presentation
          * Record your practice
          * Estimate your time
   6. Relax
   7. Enjoy! :)

Common Presentation Types
   1. Informative: 清晰, 简洁, 条理
   2. Persuasive: 切身, 利诱, 煽情

Tips
要装腔作势, 不要谦虚谨慎
要热情专注, 不要冷漠自恋
要主题鲜明, 不要重峦叠嶂

我是Polaroid狂

现在相纸大涨价 (我都在考虑去哪做freelancer补贴家用以及买pola片了), 看到他们用987张pola做的video, 好羡慕啊. (国外的pola行情大约是1欧1张?)

再来个搞笑的: 能拍到未来的Polaroid相机!

最后, 来看图听音乐吧
